I am studying at the medical faculty. Since my arrival in Russia, I have had difficulties in communicating because of language problems. However, when I got to know the International Information Centre, I managed to cope with the difficulties because of the practicality, efficiency and proximity to international students, it is a great support that has opened many opportunities for me at NIU Belgorod and gives me security here in Belgorod, as I can express myself in my native language and they stand up for me at the university.

I have been studying at BelSU since 2017 at the Department of Applied Geology, and in all the past years there has not been a department that has been as close to the students as InterHelp is now, which helps and guides you in the process of connecting with the university not only in the educational field, but also in working with the Work for International Students programme. I hope that this space can continue to work for the university.

I am studying at the Institute of Social Sciences and Mass Communications on the master's program. I know that in February 2022, the International Information Center began its work under the leadership of Anna Vladimirovna Rogova. I can say that since then the interaction with foreign students has noticeably improved, the center helps, supports and adapts foreign students and applicants of NRU "BelSU". Thanks to the work of IIC BelSU, students know the most important issues related to arrival, accommodation, obtaining and applying for a visa, settling in hostels and, in general, about the university. I, as a former headman of the community of Tajikistan, am very grateful to the staff of the International Information Center for such an important work and initiative in supporting foreign students. I wish you success and further prosperity.

I'm a medical student. With the creation of the international information center, the university has become more accessible to foreigners in the sense that we not only have answers to all our questions, but we are also sent to different departments of the university when we have problems. I was surprised by the operational speed and work done by the center when I was detained at Ghana airport due to check-in problems. And when I contacted the center, I was directly contacted with the head of the international department, who immediately helped me board the same day flight and not lose my ticket.Thanks to the rector for creating this center for us, foreign students.

How great it is that we have an International Information Centre! The information support has been particularly important during the entrance exam period. The website is not always easy to understand. There is a lot of information, and it is hidden somewhere. The Interhelp group, on the other hand, gives information and instructions in a short and clear way. And a program for preparing for entrance exams, which was very helpful for me! You feel relaxed and confident. As they say in Russia, "Who is warned - that is armed."

I am a postgraduate student in Regional and Sectoral Economics. The staff of the International Information Centre helped me in my situation with a job. As a student, it is very difficult for a foreign citizen to find work in Russia. I applied to the Information Centre for help, I wrote on the website, the guys from the centre replied and invited me to come to the office. They offered me a few jobs to choose from and found me a job. I am glad that, as a student, I can now earn money for my needs. Thank you very much for your help and for your prompt support.

In the summer, the International Information Centre organised work for international students at BelSU. Thank you very much for such an opportunity to earn some money when you are still a student and it is difficult for you to find a job outside the university because of your level of Russian language skills. During this job I met many people from other countries, it was very interesting. BelSU IIC always helps me to cope with different situations. I am very grateful to the International Information Centre BelSU.

I am a Master's student in the Faculty of Philology. This year the university opened an international information centre. They invited me to participate in an interview and tell me about China, about my feelings about life in Russia and studying at BelSU. We had a nice talk with Anna Rogova about Russian and Chinese people, their similarities and differences in mentality, about traditions and national dishes of China and Russia. International Information Center of BelSU is one of the most important department in our university. Students had many problems related to the lack of information about admission and education, it is worth noting that this center successfully copes with the task of providing the necessary information for students and applicants. It is also important to note that the center works around the clock, resolving issues that have arisen for applicants, which is a definite plus.
